About The Event
Join Slow Food Glades to Coast at Aioli in West Palm Beach (south end) for a bread making class: The Art of Making Bread. This hands-on class, taught by Chef Michael Hackman of Aioli, will focus on Ciabatta and Foccacia on Oct. 2 and the Mysteries of Sourdough on October 9.
Cost of the class is $45 for each class, or $85 for both classes. Attendees should dress in comfortable clothes and wear closed-toe shoes.
