- keynote presentation by nationally recognized lecturer, garden historian, and ethnobotanist John Forti - a.k.a. the Heirloom Gardener. John is Curator of Historic Landscapes at Strawberry Banke Museum in Portsmouth, NH where he has created numerous award-winning gardens and educational programs.
- panel discussions on preserving food traditions across cultures
- children's activities including storytelling and a planting table

- walks in the Pine Jog Elementary School Hydroponic Garden
- exhibitors showing tropical and rare fruits, goats, and heritage poultry
- come to the table communal lunch
