Offering a farm tour and a delicious luncheon with Chef Dean Max. Jenny Benzie, former Cafe Boulud sommelier, has selected superb wines. Also micro-brews from a local supplier. There will be music and more. Don't miss it!
Swank Farm produce is on top restaurant menus in the tri-county area, their booth at the WPB Green market is always busy and their CSA is taking new members. Come out to tour the farm, learn about their unique hydroponic all-natural growing system, and taste some delicious fresh vegetables & herbs.
Lunch will be prepared by award winning chef Dean Max of 3030 Ocean. Chef Dean has been a strong supporter of local and artisan foods for years & his events have been extremely popular with our Slow Food members & friends
