This year, World Oceans Day celebrations will focus on conserving the diversity of life in the world’s oceans with the theme being “Oceans of Life: Pick your favorite. Protect your favorite."
On Friday, June 11, Slow Food Glades to Coast will host a fabulous dinner with Four Seasons Palm Beach and Executive Chef Darryl Moiles. Four Seasons already embraces the concept of keeping our oceans clean and has launched activities hotel-wide to celebrate World Oceans Day. This dinner is a perfect complement to the activities.

Purchase your tickets by Thursday, June 10 at 5:00 p.m., and you will be entered into a raffle to win a complimentary 1-night stay at the hotel or a signature spa treatment.
For this event, we will host a reception with Square One vodka cocktails and hors d’oeuvres from 6:00-7:00 p.m. During this time, guests will be able to walk around the property, mingle with other members and learn about how they can get involved with this project. At 7:00 p.m., guests will sit down for a incredible 3-course seafood dinner.
The Restaurant at Four Seasons Palm Beach serves a menu focused on Atlantic seafood and seasonal accompaniments in a elegant but casual setting. Dishes, created by the Executive chef Darryl Moiles, are highlighted by produce purveyed in partnership with local farms and herbs grown on-property by the resort’s chefs.
