Join us for Greenmarket night featuring fresh, local fare at The Cheese Course. The Cheese Course supports local growers and their fresh produce -- and has teamed up with Slow Food USA, The Glades to Coast Chapter, to provide the freshest ingredients to the customer.
These events will feature a greenmarket in the cheese shops provided by local farmers, pairing perfectly with freshly pulled mozzarella. The local Cheesemonger will conduct a special demonstration on how to make fresh mozzarella along with tips and techniques. Literature about Slow Food coupled with favorite recipes and entertaining tips will be available. Events will be held at all of The Cheese Course locations.
